We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

We ship to Denmark, the European Union, Norway, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States.

For orders shipped outside the EU — including the UK and US — local taxes, duties, and import fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Simply email us at hello@kiddewear.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the process.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@kiddewear.com right away.

Exchanges

We'd love to help you find the right piece. The easiest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please reach out — we're always happy to help.

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition.
